樣品量：15μl患者血清或血漿

樣品制備：室溫下60分鐘振蕩
Sample preparation: 60 min shaking at room temperature
ELISA：室溫下4.5小時培養(yǎng)，450nm下ELISA讀板機的測量值（參考值620nm）
